If your site has more session duration, that is when the user spends more time on your site then the Google thinks that there is some potential content on your site and hence boost your site to the top on the SERP. Bounce rate is the percentage of the users who leave your site in the minimum time when the visit from SERP. That is when the user visits your site from SERP and of identifies that the information he/she is looking for is not found on your site, then they may leave the site immediately. This will make the bounce rate to increase. This will certainly make the website rank to drop, as Google will think that there is no useful content on your site which the user is looking for.

Though your website has a higher click-through rate, increase in bounce rate will make the website ranks to drop.
